everything works, looks nearly new
Got the 512GB model in good condition and it honestly looks better than described. Screen is pristine, minimal body wear, and it arrived the next day. The warranty gave me peace of mind for the first few months. Battery health is solid at 87%. This is definitely the way to save money on a flagship phone.
phone works, price is right
Bought the 128GB model in good condition. It's a capable phone—the camera is genuinely impressive and the screen is still vibrant. There's some light scratching on the frame but nothing unexpected for a used device. Battery health is decent. Not flashy marketing but it does the job well.
works great despite the scratches
Got the 128GB Fair condition version. Yeah, there are some visible marks on the back and a small ding on the corner, but I knew that going in and the price reflected it. Screen's flawless, phone runs smooth, no issues. For the price, I'm not complaining.
works great, shows its age
Got the 128GB in fair condition and knew what I was getting into. There's visible wear on the back and sides, which matches what they said. Phone runs smooth though — no software issues, battery still decent. Warranty is a nice safety net. wouldn't pay this much for a pristine one, but as a secondary device it's perfect.
works fine, not as impressive as expected
The phone does what it's supposed to do. Battery life is okay—the report said 84% health and that matches what I'm seeing. Some light scratches on the back but the good condition listing was accurate. Honestly though, for what I paid, I thought it'd feel more premium. It's functional but doesn't blow me away.
great all around, minor nitpick
Pretty happy with this. 512GB model, good condition as stated, and the phone performs exactly as it should. Only thing is the charger wasn't included in the box—would've been nice but not a deal breaker at this price. Battery's solid at 83%, delivery was quick, no issues with the warranty registration.
arrived completely dead
Phone wouldn't turn on out of the box. Tried charging overnight, nothing. Called support and they were unhelpful — said it might be a software issue and wanted me to troubleshoot for hours. Sent it back but the whole process took weeks. For the price I paid, this was a disaster.
great phone but battery concerns me
The 256GB unit arrived in excellent shape—no visible damage, screen is pristine, everything felt new when I unboxed it. Performance is smooth and the camera is everything it should be. My only real issue is the battery health came in at 82%, which is lower than I expected for 'excellent' condition. It still gets me through a day with moderate use, but I'm wondering how long that lasts. The warranty covers it so I'm not too worried, just disappointed.
solid phone, decent price for what it is
Picked this up instead of dropping $1200 on a new S20. Battery's sitting at 89%, screen looks clean. The 256GB gives me plenty of room. No dead pixels or anything sketchy. Warranty peace of mind is nice too.
been using it for weeks now
Picked up the 512GB model as my daily driver. Recieved it quickly, in good shape cosmetically. The screen is one of the best I've ever used—colors pop, brightness is excellent even in sunlight. Battery percentage was listed accurately at 85%. This is definitely cheaper than retail and I feel like I got a solid device.
