works great, some visible wear expected
Was nervous about buying pre-owned but figured the warranty made sense. The 128GB in fair condition arrived with some light scratches on the back — totally fine, that's what "fair" means. Camera is sharp, performance is snappy, and I saved a bunch versus new. No complaints from me.
great phone, shipping took longer
Picked up the 512GB and it's in great shape. Screen is perfect, no dead pixels. My only gripe is it took 3 days to arrive when they advertise 24 hours—still reasonable but not what I expected. Otherwise really solid device for the price.

The S21 Ultra 128GB excellent condition is exactly as described — zero cosmetic issues, battery health at 96%, and it performs like it cost me full retail. The 24-hour delivery was clutch. Comparing it side-by-side with a new one at the carrier's store, mine looks identical but my wallet feels way better.
stellar condition, stellar phone

was skeptical about fair condition but the 32-point inspection they do actually means something. Screen's sharp, no issues with the camera, and the processor handles everything I throw at it. Yeah there's wear on the chassis but it doesn't affect functionality. 512GB is plenty of space.

Pretty happy with the 256GB I bought. Has some light wear on the edges, which matches the 'good condition' label. What really stands out is the camera system — the zoom is nuts. Battery's solid. Got it in two days. Not perfect cosmetically but performs like a flagship should.

The 512GB excellent condition listing was accurate. Phone looks practically fresh out of the box. Battery at 91%, no micro-scratches on the screen, all the corners are pristine. The 1-year warranty was the clincher for me—took away all the worry about buying refurbished. Would order from them again.
decent phone, but battery is draining
Got the 512GB model in good condition and it arrived quickly. Screen looks clean, no dead pixels. My issue is the battery only holds about 78% capacity — listing said it'd be higher. Still works fine for my day, but I expected better for a "good" condition device.
battery was already dying
Device arrived in decent physical condition but the battery health was only at 76% — way lower than the 128GB fair listing suggested. Within two months it's barely lasting me through a work day. I know it's pre-owned but felt misrepresented. The warranty doesn't seem to cover battery degradation either. Disappointed.
