Good phone but battery's not great
The device itself is in good shape, screen looks nice, and it does everything I need it to. Problem is the battery only holds about 76%. Still usable if you don't go a full day without charging, but for a phone in 'good' condition I expected better. Otherwise no issues. The 32-point inspection seems thorough at least.
excellent condition, no regrets
Was nervous buying my first refurbished phone, but this 64GB in excellent condition changed my mind. No visible marks, battery's at 91%, and the screen is pristine. Showed up in two days. For what I paid versus buying new, this is the smart move. The warranty gives me peace of mind too.
works like it should
Honest review: I bought this used 64GB expecting compromises. The condition matches what they said — a few light scuffs on the back but nothing that bothers me. Battery's healthy at 87%. Does everything I need it to do without fuss. Good value.
battery died faster than expected
Ordered the 64GB thinking I was getting a deal. Phone arrived fine and looked decent, but the battery percentage they listed (82%) seems off — it drops to 20% by afternoon with normal use. Contacted support and they said it's within warranty limits, technically true I guess. The phone itself isn't broken, but I expected better stamina for the price I paid. Not happy but not sending it back either.
Fair condition phone, fair price
Bought this as a backup device. It's got visible wear on the back — scratches and stuff — but that's what I signed up for with 'fair' condition. Phone works perfectly, no dead pixels, and it arrived the next day. Can't complain for the cost.
fair condition but fair price
Bought the 64GB in fair condition expecting dings and scratches, and that's what I got. The back's pretty marked up but the screen is fine and the phone runs smoothly. Battery's at 85%. For someone who just needs a working phone without dropping a ton of cash, this delivered. shipping was fast too.
DOA — disappointing
Device arrived completely dead. Won't power on at all. Contacted support and the warranty apparently doesn't cover 'manufacturing defects that weren't caught,' which feels like a cop-out since they do a 32-point inspection. Waiting on a response about a return but frustrated with how this was handled. Really regret not just buying new.
like getting a new phone for way less
The 128GB in excellent condition is basically pristine. No scratches I can find, battery at 89%, and the packaging even looked brand new. This is what I hoped for when I ordered and BestMobileCanada delivered. Recieved it within the 24-hour window too. Would buy from them again.
solid phone for the price
Picked up the 128GB in good condition and couldn't ask for more at this price point. Screen is clean, battery sits at 89%, and it arrived the next day like they promised. The 32-point inspection checks out — no surprises when I opened it. Been using it for a month now and it just works.
good phone, sketchy battery claim
The 32GB arrived in excellent physical condition — screen spotless, no dents or scratches. That's the good news. The battery percentage they listed at 88% dropped to 75% within a week of normal charging cycles, which felt off. It still functions, and the warranty covers it, but the discrepancy left a bad taste. Phone's solid otherwise.
