excellent exterior, battery let me down
Phone looks brand new, zero scratches, screen pristine, came in perfect packaging. Battery percentage though? 61%. That's not acceptable for something marked excellent condition. I get that pre-owned phones have some wear but the listing should've been more transparent about battery health since that's the first thing to fail. Works fine right now but I'm skeptical about next year.
good shape, works as expected
Picked up the 128GB model. Got it in 24 hours which was nice. Phone works fine, battery's at 82%, some light wear on the back but nothing that bothers me. For the price I paid versus a new one, this is a solid deal.
way cheaper than new, totally happy
Honestly wasn't sure about buying pre-owned but this was half the price of a new phone. S9+ runs great, battery at 90%, screen looks clean. Fair condition means some light marks but they're barely noticeable. Came in two days, warranty's legit, and I saved a ton of money. No regrets.
good value even with light marks
Showed up fast. The back has some light scuffs that were disclosed, so no surprise there. 256GB plenty of space, screen is sharp and bright. Battery's holding strong. Warranty gives peace of mind. When you run the math on what you'd pay for a phone this capable brand new, the savings are real. Recieved it in perfect working order.
does the job, not perfect
Bought this as a backup phone in fair condition. It works, battery's decent at 82%, no major issues. Screen has visible wear which I expected for the price. Recieved it fast. It's fine for what it is, just not thrilling. Nothing broke, nothing impressed me either.
does the job but expected more
The 256GB is in great cosmetic condition and it powers on fine, but I'm docking a star because the battery dropped to 76% within two weeks of normal use. The listing said 'excellent' condition and technically it is—no visible damage—but 76% feels lower than I'd expect from something marketed that way. Everything else checks out though.
impressed with the condition
Honestly didn't expect 64GB to be enough but I'm managing fine. The phone looks like it came out of a box yesterday—no marks, no dings. Battery health is excellent. Camera quality is still impressive by 2024 standards. Quick delivery, included all the documentation. Best pre-owned purchase I've made.
nice phone but battery drains fast
The 128GB 'excellent' unit looks practically new — no scratches anywhere and the box was nice. That said, battery percentage dropped to 72% according to the diagnostic info, which is lower than I hoped for an excellent-rated device. It still gets me through a day if I'm not heavy on apps. Camera's great and the screen is sharp. For the price it's still reasonable, just expected better battery longevity given the rating.
solid phone, marks and all
Got the 256GB fair condition unit. Screen's clean, battery sits around 87%, and yeah there's some cosmetic wear on the back but nothing that bothers me. Arrived within the promised 24 hours. For the price versus buying new, this made sense.
works well, minor screen thing
Was skeptical buying pre-owned for the first time, but this S9+ showed up quick and it's held up. Runs apps smoothly, battery lasts most of a day. Fair condition label was accurate — there's a tiny hairline scratch on the bottom left of the screen that catches light sometimes. Not a dealbreaker, just wish it wasn't there. Warranty's solid if anything goes wrong. Good value versus new.
