nice tablet, but battery underwhelming
The 32GB Excellent unit looked perfect when it arrived and physically it is—zero scratches, screen's flawless. But the battery only held 76%, which feels lower than I'd expect from something listed as Excellent. It still works okay but I was hoping for more. The warranty's helpful if something goes wrong, I guess. It's alright but not what I'd hoped for.

The 32GB Fair tablet has more damage than the photos showed—there's a dent on the left edge and some scratches I didn't expect. It works fine and shipped quickly, but the listing made it sound better. The battery's at 81% which is okay. Disappointed but not sure it's worth fighting over.
solid tablet, fast delivery
Showed up within 24 hours like they promised. Device is in mint condition—seriously, I can barely tell it's used. Screen is gorgeous, no dead pixels, runs smoothly. The 32GB handles everything I throw at it. Price point made sense compared to retail. Really impressed with the quality of the inspection work.
way better than expected
Was nervous about buying pre-owned but this thing is fantastic. Basically looks new. 16GB is enough for what I use it for. Battery percentage was solid out of the box. Screen is bright and clear. Got here quick too. No regrets at all.
battery issue not mentioned in listing
Device arrived and the battery is sitting around 72%. The listing said "fair condition" but didn't specify battery health. It still holds a charge for a few hours, but I expected better from a pre-owned tablet that's supposedly been through the 32-point inspection. Warranty is there if it gets worse, I guess.
works fine but not great
It does what it's supposed to do. Apps open, streaming works, no major issues. Some light scratches on the back that match the "fair" description. The 32GB variant gives decent storage. My main thing is the screen could be brighter and it's a bit slow launching heavier apps. Not bad for the money but wouldn't say it's a steal.
solid tablet, some scuffs but works great
Got the 16GB Fair condition model and honestly it's exactly what I expected. Screen's got a couple marks but nothing that affects use. Battery's holding around 87%, and it shipped within 24 hours which was nice. For the price compared to buying new, this thing is a steal.

Bought this 16GB Good condition tab for media and light work. No real complaints—came with everything promised, battery's solid, and the screen is in nice shape. Arrived fast too. It's not fancy but it does what it's supposed to do.
exactly what I needed
Grabbed the 32GB Good model for browsing and streaming, and it's been solid. Clean, responsive, battery holding at 90%. Packaging was good, delivery was fast, and the whole experience was straightforward. No surprises, just a working tablet at a reasonable price.
arrived completely dead
Paid for the 32GB Excellent model and it showed up unresponsive. Won't charge, won't boot. Contacted support about the warranty and got the runaround. Really frustrating because everything else looked perfect on arrival. Don't recommend unless you want a $200+ paperweight.
