device won't turn on
Recieved the tablet and it was completely unresponsive. Nothing. Tried charging overnight, tried the hard reset they suggested on the support line. Still dead. Contacted them about the warranty and they're saying they need me to send it back first before they'll confirm coverage. Been without it for a week now waiting for a label. Pretty frustrated with the whole thing.
okay tablet, some lag
It's usable but not snappy. Apps take a moment to load and multitasking gets sluggish. The fair condition rating was accurate—scratches and wear on the back are noticeable. For the price I expected a bit smoother experience. Still works, just doesn't feel quick.
does what it's supposed to
