exceeded expectations, especially the screen
wasn't sure if spending less on a pre-owned unit was worth the risk, but this tablet is genuinely impressive. the screen is crisp and bright—listed as excellent condition and it really is. they clearly did the 32-point inspection properly because everything works perfectly. battery's at 93%, speakers are clear, and the whole thing feels like i'm getting a nearly-new device at a fraction of the price. impressed with how thorough the packaging and documentation were too.
surprised how good it is
was nervous buying pre-owned for the first time, but this 64GB fair condition tablet proved my worries wrong. Yeah, there's visible scratching on the back and the bezel has scuffs, but the screen is perfect and it runs smooth. Battery's at 87%. For someone just needing a basic tablet, this hits different than paying full price for new. No regrets.
solid tablet for the money
been using this for about a month now and it does what i need. good size for watching videos and the 256GB gives me plenty of room for apps and photos. battery's holding up fine, gets me through a full day of moderate use. got it in good condition and it arrived within the 24-hour window they promised. no real complaints here.
best value tablet i've found

decent tablet, minor letdown
Picked up the 128GB in excellent condition. Device is clean, screen quality is good, and the 32-point inspection clearly did its job. Battery percentage looks healthy enough. Only gripe: the charger wasn't in the box, which they could've mentioned upfront. Not a dealbreaker since I had one, but it knocked my experience down a notch from perfect.
dead tablet, support wouldn't help
Received this and it won't turn on at all. The listing said "excellent condition" but the device is completely unresponsive. Contacted BestMobileCanada about the warranty and they're basically saying it's not their problem now that it's in my hands. This is exactly why I was hesitant about buying pre-owned in the first place. Total waste of money.
great tablet, tiny shipping hiccup
Pretty happy with this purchase. The Tab A9 Plus has been reliable for streaming and light work, storage is plenty at 256GB, and the build quality matches the "fair" rating they gave it—there's a couple of small scratches on the frame but nothing that affects performance. My only gripe is it took almost 2 days to arrive when they advertise 24-hour delivery. Minor issue overall and doesn't change that it's good value.
works fine, but screen bothers me
Got the 64GB in excellent condition and it's basically flawless to look at. Battery holds up okay, no complaints there. Thing is, the screen has this slight yellowish tint that I didn't expect even from the 32-point inspection. It's not broken or anything, just wish it was mentioned in the listing. Still functional and the warranty gives peace of mind.
exactly what i needed
Bought this refurbished and honestly it looks brand new. Charger was included, the screen has zero dead pixels, and the whole device runs smoothly. 64GB is fine for my use case.
