works fine, just not what i expected
The tablet itself runs smoothly and the screen is genuinely nice. I was nervous buying pre-owned for the first time but the 32GB model arrived in decent shape with no surprises there. My issue is it feels a bit slow compared to what I thought I was getting. Also the charger wasn't in the box, just the tablet. It functions but I had to buy a USB-C charger separately, which ate into the savings.
excellent tablet, best bang for buck
Bought the 128GB excellent condition model and it's been flawless for the past month. Screen brightness is crisp, no dead pixels, battery sits around 88% health which matches their listing. Multitasking is smooth and I haven't hit any performance hiccups. Coming from new tablets that cost way more, getting this pre-owned for half the price feels like I cheated the system in a good way. Came with original box and cables too.
good value, small scratch on back
Pretty happy with this purchase overall. The 128GB gives me plenty of space and everything works as it should. There's a small hairline scratch on the back that wasn't mentioned in the listing, but honestly for the price versus buying new, it's acceptable. Screens are clear, apps run smooth. The warranty gives peace of mind too.
decent device, delivery took longer
Tablet works as expected and the build feels solid. Screen has good color and the 128GB storage is plenty. My only real complaint is it took 4 days to arrive instead of the 24-hour promise they advertise. Still, once it got here everything checked out. It's a usable tablet for the price, just don't expect lightning-fast shipping.
tablet arrived completely unresponsive
This is frustrating. Ordered the 32GB fair condition model, it arrived yesterday and won't power on at all. Tried multiple chargers and nothing. Contacted their support and they're saying the device passed the 32-point inspection before shipment, but I'm holding a brick. They're telling me to wait 3-5 business days for a replacement to process. For a pre-owned purchase at this price point I expected better quality control. Still waiting on that replacement.
does what I need it to do
Recieved the tablet last Thursday. It's working fine for browsing and watching videos. Screen looks good, no dead pixels or anything. I expected more wear given it's pre-owned but it's clean. Good value for what I paid.
