solid pre-owned purchase
Honestly wasn't sure about buying refurbished but this arrived in basically pristine condition. The inspection they do clearly works—no scratches I can find, battery health is listed at 88%, and it's been flawless for a month. The 256GB model gives plenty of breathing room. Worth the discount over new.
good, but battery's the weak point
The tablet works fine — no crashes, screen is bright, apps launch quickly. My issue is the battery only charges to about 81%, which is lower than I'd hoped even for a fair-condition unit. It still gets me through most of a day, but if you're a heavy user you might feel the drain. Everything else is solid though.
Dead tablet, no support from seller
Recieved this Tab S4 and it won't turn on at all. Tried charging for hours, nothing. The listing said "excellent" condition but the device appears completely dead. Contacted BestMobileCanada about the warranty and they're being difficult about it. Really disappointed — paid decent money expecting at least a working tablet. Don't bother.
not worth it at this price point
Was excited about the "excellent" condition promise, and yes, the tablet looks almost new. But it showed up with only 78% battery health — way lower than the 85%+ they claimed in the listing. Software runs sluggish on the 64GB model (storage almost maxed out of the box). Delivery took 3 days, not the 24h they advertise. Disappointed overall. Warranty's the only reason this isn't a 1-star.
decent tablet, but has quirks
Works fine most of the time, but I noticed some random freezing when switching between apps. Recieved it in excellent condition as promised — no visible wear on the frame or screen. That said, for the price I paid versus a new one, I expected performance to be smoother. The 64GB storage fills up quick if you download anything substantial. It's usable, just not as polished as I'd hoped.

Tablet arrived on time and works great. Runs apps smoothly, battery lasts a decent day with moderate use. The only thing is there's a small nick on the bottom corner that wasn't mentioned in the listing — nothing functional, just cosmetic. For fair condition I should've expected it, but a heads-up would've been nice. Still solid value and the warranty gives peace of mind.
