works fine but battery isn't great
The tablet itself is solid—snappy processor, screen is vibrant. My only real issue is the battery. They listed it at 82%, and it's actually closer to that. I was hoping for something closer to 90%. It still gets me through a day of moderate use, just not ideal if you're planning longer trips. 64GB is tight if you download lots of media.
pretty happy with this one
First time buying refurbished and I was nervous, but the 64GB fair-condition tablet showed up with way fewer marks than I expected. Battery sits around 80% which is fine. Charger was included even though the listing didn't guarantee it. Screen works great. For the price I paid, no real complaints.
impressive tablet for the price
Honestly wasn't sure about buying pre-owned but this 128GB Tab S5e convinced me. The 32-point inspection they do actually means something—no dead pixels, no dents I can see. Build feels solid, the 10.5" display is gorgeous for streaming. Compared to buying new, I saved a ton and got basically the same device. The year warranty gives me peace of mind too.
works great for reading and video
Bought the fair-condition 128GB model expecting cosmetic wear and that's exactly what I got—a couple light scratches on the back that don't bother me. The tablet runs smooth, battery lasts through an afternoon of use, and the speaker quality is actually decent. Screen is sharp and colors look right. Worth the money.
mixed bag, mostly works
The 64GB tablet functions fine but there are more scuffs than the "fair" condition photos suggested. Battery health is around 78%, which is okay but not great. The screen itself is flawless and it handles apps without lag. It does what I need it to, just not as pristine as I'd hoped when I ordered it.
looked great, works poorly
Tablet arrived looking brand new, zero physical damage, which was nice. Problem is the battery health is at 71% and it's draining stupid fast — can barely get through a workday. Also, the speakers sound muffled, almost like there's something stuck inside. For the price I paid, I expected better performance even on a used device. The warranty covers hardware but not battery degradation apparently. Lesson learned.
exactly what I needed
Got the 128GB model and it's in great shape. Screen is crisp, speakers are loud enough for what I do. Battery holds up fine for a day of use. Shipping was quick too.
does the job, no surprises
Been using it for two weeks now. Bought the 64GB model in good condition and that's what I got — the back has a couple light marks but nothing that bothers me. Streaming, browsing, light gaming all run smooth. Battery's at 89%. Can't complain at this price point.
cheap entry into tablets
Needed something to take notes on and didn't want to spend big money. This 64GB version is perfect for that. Screen is beautiful, S Pen support would be nice but I work around it. Device came with visible wear on the edges which I expected given the fair rating. Battery seems solid so far. Honestly for the price point it's hard to complain. No issues with the warranty process either.
solid tablet at a fair price
The listing said "fair condition" and they weren't overselling it. There are visible marks on the frame and some scuffing, but the screen is clean and the device works perfectly. I knew what I was getting into and I'm satisfied. The 32-point inspection they mention actually means something here. Would've cost me $200+ more new.
