does everything i need, no complaints
picked this up for my mom to use for video calls and streaming. The 11-inch display is bigger than her old iPad and she loves it. Battery percentage was listed as fair condition but it's honestly performing great. no dead pixels, no weird issues. The warranty peace of mind was worth the extra cost. If you're on the fence about pre-owned, this retailer seems to do their inspections properly.
solid screen, solid value
got this as a gift and it's been solid. 512GB is plenty for apps and media. Screen doesn't have any marks I can see. Battery still holding up well. Not fancy, just works like it should.
great value, handles everything i throw at it
been using this for work and gaming for about six weeks now. Didn't expect much at this price point but the performance has been impressively solid. the 256GB model gives me tons of space for files and games. Screen condition is excellent — no scratches, no weird marks. Battery drops maybe 1% per hour under normal use, which is what you'd hope for. The warranty is actually reassuring; gives you breathing room if something goes wrong. Would definitely buy again.
solid second device for the price
I needed a tablet for travel without dropping $700 on a new one. This checks all the boxes — good performance, the screen is clean, and 128GB is enough for apps and some media. the edges have some minor scuffs but that's what "fair" means and I'm okay with it. It's now been two months and no issues. Definitely recommend if you want to save money on something that works just fine.

Device arrived in excellent shape — screen is pristine, no dead pixels, battery health at 92%. 512GB model gives plenty of space. Only minor complaint: took 2 days instead of the promised 24h, but BestMobileCanada contacted me proactively about the delay. Happy overall.
perfect upgrade from my old ipad
Upgraded from an ancient iPad and this Samsung blew my expectations away. The AMOLED screen is incredible — colors pop way more than I expected from a pre-owned device. 256GB gives me plenty of breathing room. The 32-point inspection they mention actually means something — no surprises, everything works as described. Battery's sitting at 90%, which is solid. For what I paid, I'd buy from these guys again in a heartbeat. No regrets at all.
fair condition, fair price
The listing was honest about the 'fair' condition — there are visible marks on the frame and back. I accepted that going in and the price reflected it. Screen works perfectly, 512GB is useful, and battery isn't terrible at 83%. If you're budget-conscious and don't mind cosmetic wear, this is a decent option.
battery degraded faster than expected
Ordered the 128GB model in good condition. Device showed up quickly and looked decent on the surface. Problem is the battery is sitting at 78% health — well below what I'd expect from a 'good' rating. Inspection form said 85%+ but that wasn't the case here. Still works, but the discrepancy bothered me enough to mention it.
