fantastic value, minor cosmetic issues
The 256GB fair condition tablet has some noticeable scratches on the frame and back, but they're purely cosmetic. Performance is excellent—apps load fast, multitasking is smooth. The 12.4" screen is honestly beautiful for watching content. Given what you'd pay new, the savings are substantial and the warranty covers the important stuff.
looks brand new, performs great
Just recieved the 64GB excellent condition model and it's basically flawless. No scratches, no dents, screen is pristine. The specs handle everything I need—tablet stays responsive even with multiple apps open. Compared to buying a new one at full price, this was an obvious choice. The 1-year warranty is solid backup too.
excellent condition, really impressed
I took a chance on the excellent condition 64GB model and it basically looks brand new. No scratches on the screen, minimal wear on the edges. Battery health is at 92%, which is better than the listed estimate. The 1-year warranty gives me peace of mind even though I doubt I'll need it. For a pre-owned device this is fantastic value. The whole process from order to delivery was smooth.
battery degraded more than expected
Ordered the 256GB fair condition tablet. Device arrived in 2 days which was fast. Screen looks okay but the battery is sitting at 78% health according to the diagnostic — listing said 85%. That's a pretty big gap. The tablet itself works fine, no dead pixels or anything, but I'm annoyed the battery assessment wasn't accurate. For the price I paid, I expected what was advertised.
solid tablet for the price
Picked this up as a refurbished unit and couldn't be happier. Screen is bright, no dead pixels, and the 128GB gives me plenty of room for apps and videos. Battery easily lasts a full day of normal use. Came with the warranty too, which was a nice safety net.

almost perfect, but shipping took time
The 256GB unit itself is in excellent condition—screen flawless, battery healthy, no visible damage. It's a fantastic tablet and a steal at this price. Only minor thing: took about 3 days to arrive, not quite the 24-hour promise, but nothing that ruined the experience. Still very happy.
great screen, minimal wear
The 64GB good condition model looks almost new to me. There's barely a mark on it, the display is sharp and colorful, and it handles everything I throw at it without lag. Charger and cable were included. Honestly impressed with how they graded this one.
