exactly what I needed
Arrived in 24 hours as promised. The 256GB variant came in excellent condition—barely any signs of use. The 32-point inspection they mention actually means something here. Battery's holding strong at 91%, and the warranty gave me peace of mind since this was my first pre-owned device purchase. Solid value.
specs are great, but battery's a question mark
The 1TB excellent condition unit looks almost brand new and the specs are overkill in the best way—storage, processing power, everything is smooth. My complaint is the battery health came in at 79%, which is below where I'd expect for 'excellent' condition. Still works fine for daily use, but after spending this much on storage capacity, I wanted a fresher battery too. It's not a dealbreaker, just a letdown.
solid tablet, solid deal
Got the 256GB good condition model last month. It's got some light scratches on the case and the battery is at 87% but everything works as it should. The 14.6-inch screen is why I bought it and it delivers—colors pop, responsiveness is there. Compared to new pricing, this was the right call.
perfect for what I do with it
Was skeptical buying pre-owned but this 256GB in good shape has been reliable. Use it mostly for reading, streaming, and light work stuff. Battery holds up through a full day, the screen doesn't have any issues I can see, and the whole thing feels solid in hand. Better value than dropping two grand on a new one.
decent tablet, fair condition as described
Got the 256GB fair variant. There are some scratches on the back and a small nick on the corner, but honestly that's what I paid for. The important stuff works great—display is gorgeous, performance is snappy, and it came with the warranty so I'm covered. The 32-point inspection they mention actually checks out.
screen is gorgeous, storage is plenty
Got the 256GB last week. The display really impressed me — no dead pixels, colors pop. It's my first time buying pre-owned electronics and I was worried, but BestMobileCanada's 32-point inspection actually shows. Battery's sitting at 92%, which is better than I expected. For the price, you're saving a couple hundred over new and the 1-year warranty takes the sting out of used.
disappointed with battery drain
The 1TB arrived in fair condition as described, but the battery was sitting at 78% right out of the box—below what they claimed. Within a week of light use it's dropped to 71%. That's not normal for a pre-owned device supposedly inspected at 32 points. The screen and performance are fine, but the battery life is already a headache. Wish I'd known before purchasing.
this thing is mint, no regrets
I really took a chance on the excellent condition 256GB and it looks almost new. Maybe one tiny mark on the bezel if you're looking for it, but the screen, speakers, and performance are flawless. Shipped fast, packaging was careful, and after two weeks of heavy use I have zero complaints. Warranty gives me peace of mind too. Best pre-owned buy I've made.
fair condition, fair price
Bought the 256GB knowing it was listed as 'fair' so I wasn't expecting pristine. There are visible scratches on the bezel and a small scuff near the charging port. Screen itself is fine though, and it runs without any issues. Battery's at 84%. For what I paid, it's acceptable — good enough for a second device or if you don't mind cosmetic marks.
powerful and practical
The 512GB gives me plenty of storage. It's in good shape with minor cosmetic wear on the back that doesn't bother me. Runs apps smoothly, and the large screen is actually useful for work, not just hype. Battery's at 89%. Worth the jump from smaller tablets.
