excellent condition but battery drains fast
The phone looks pristine — barely any wear at all — but the battery percentage they listed was wrong. It drops to 85% after sitting overnight, which is way lower than what I expected from 'excellent' condition. Everything else works, but the battery situation is frustrating enough that I can't rate it higher.
works fine, minor cosmetic wear
Got this in fair condition and honestly it looks about as advertised — couple of light scratches on the back but nothing that bothers me. Battery's holding up okay so far. For the price I paid versus a new one, can't complain too much.
does what it's supposed to
Was nervous about buying pre-owned but this thing showed up fast and in decent condition. No dead pixels, speakers work fine, and the 32GB is enough for what I use it for. One year warranty gave me peace of mind. Pretty happy with it.
decent phone, but battery concerns me
Bought the excellent condition version and the device itself looks pristine — no scratches, screen is clear. But the battery's sitting at 82% health and it drains noticeably faster than my old phone did at this stage. Works fine for daily use, just not the longevity I was hoping for. Phone itself is solid though.
dead battery, not worth it
Charged it up and the battery wouldn't hold more than 40% no matter what I did. The listing said fair condition but didn't mention the battery was basically shot. Tried to get the warranty sorted and it's been a hassle.
nice phone, small issue with screen
Recieved it in excellent cosmetic shape, barely any marks on the chassis or frame. Battery holds a solid charge and the software runs smooth. Only thing is there's a small dark spot on the screen near the edge — not dead but noticeable if you're looking for it. Works fine otherwise, just a bit disappointing given the price point and condition rating.
solid upgrade for the money
Showed up in excellent condition with barely any signs of use. Screen's bright, no dead pixels, battery health is sitting at 89% which is solid for a pre-owned device. Was nervous buying refurbished for the first time but the 1-year warranty made me feel secure, and so far zero issues. Shipping was quick too. Good value if you're not looking to spend flagship money.
fair condition, fair price
There's visible wear on the corners and back, which matches the fair rating I paid for. Screen still looks good though, no cracks or scratches there. Battery's holding up at 88%, which is decent. For the money I spent compared to new, I got what I expected. No surprises.
solid upgrade from my old phone
Came in good shape with minimal scratches — you can only see them if you're really looking. The screen is bright, camera does the job, and the battery gets me through a full day easy. For the price difference between this and buying new, it's a no-brainer. Arrived within 24 hours like they promised.
cheap phone that actually works
Got this for my kid and honestly wasn't expecting much at the price. Screen's clear, it runs everything he needs without lag. Yeah there's some scuffs on the back but that's what fair condition means. Can't complain.
