fair condition, fully functional
Bought this in Fair condition and that's exactly what I got — visible marks here and there, but the phone runs smooth. Battery health at 84%, which is honest. I knew what I was getting into and I'm satisfied. One-year warranty is a nice safety net.

Phone itself is good — Fair condition rating was accurate, I can see the wear but it's all cosmetic. Battery health is acceptable at 85%. My only gripe is it took 3 days to arrive, not the 24 hours advertised. Otherwise no issues.
Works fine but battery drains quick
The phone itself runs smooth and the display is nice. My issue is the battery drops to 30% by afternoon even with light use. They listed it at 82% health, which I guess is technically "good," but I expected better for the price. It still works, just not ideal if you're out all day. Wish I'd known before ordering.
solid mid-range phone, good value
was nervous about buying refurbished but this came in great shape. battery's holding around 88%, screen looks clean. had it for 3 weeks now and no issues. definitely cheaper than buying new and the 1-year warranty gives me peace of mind.

This phone's been flawless — fast processor, the AMOLED display is genuinely gorgeous with deep blacks, and the battery still holds a full day of heavy use. I was expecting some cosmetic wear on a pre-owned unit but it's in excellent condition, barely any micro-scratches even under close inspection. getting this for almost half the new retail price felt like stealing. warranty's solid too if anything goes wrong down the road.
exactly what i needed
picked this up to replace my old phone and honestly it's been perfect. 128GB is plenty of storage, the display is bright and crisp, and it handles everything i throw at it without lagging. the 32-point inspection they mention actually shows — there are zero visible scratches on the screen or body. camera's decent too. for the price i paid versus a new flagship, this is way smarter.

arrived broken, refund nightmare
Device powered on once then died completely. Tried to claim warranty and they said water damage was visible, but I never opened it or exposed it to water. The listing said 'fair condition' but didn't mention it was non-functional. Waited 6 days for a response about the return. Don't waste your time here.
