exactly what the listing promised
Showed up fast, everything was as described. The tablet is in genuinely excellent shape — barely any signs of use. Battery health sits at 89%, screen is pristine. They actually took care to wrap it properly. For a pre-owned device, this hits different. No regrets.
scratches but runs great
Got the Fair condition version and yeah, there's visible wear on the back and some light scratches on the bezel. That said, nothing affects how it runs. The screen is clean, battery holds up, and I knew what I was getting into at this price point. Better than buying new for something I just wanted to try.
does exactly what i need

Battery percentage was listed as good but it's draining faster than expected — maybe 78% actual health. The tablet itself works fine, no hardware issues. Just felt like the condition assessment was a bit generous. Would've been happier if they were more honest upfront about the battery wear.

The tablet itself is solid enough. Screen works fine, performance is acceptable for basic tasks. My issue was the shipping — took 3 days instead of the promised 24 hours, and when it arrived the box was pretty beaten up (tablet was fine inside). Warranty's good so no stress there, but would've appreciated faster delivery like they advertise.
arrived damaged despite excellent rating
The listing said "excellent condition" but there's a visible crack on the lower left corner of the screen. It still works, but I didn't pay for a damaged tablet. Contacted BestMobileCanada and they're handling it, but shipping took 3 days instead of the promised 24 hours. Not what I expected.

Picked this up as a second device for browsing around the house. 16GB is fine for what I need, battery's decent enough to last a few hours of use. Screen looks good, no dead pixels or anything like that. Shipped quickly and the inspection notes matched what I saw. Not fancy but it works.
