does everything I need
Grabbed the 16GB version in good condition for streaming and browsing. There's a small scuff near the corner but nothing that affects how it works. Battery health is solid at 86%. Screen's bright and responsive. For the price I paid, this is way better than buying new. No regrets.
good tablet, shipping took longer
The tablet itself is great — 32GB, good condition, battery at 84%. Screen looks almost new and performance is snappy. My only gripe is it took 3 days to arrive when BestMobileCanada promises 24 hours. Still, the device is solid and the warranty is reassuring.
screen is pristine, really solid tablet
wasn't sure what to expect with a pre-owned Tab A but this thing arrived in excellent shape. The 10.1" screen has zero dead pixels, barely any visible wear on the back. 32GB model handles everything I throw at it without stuttering. Delivery was fast too. The warranty gives me peace of mind.
great tablet for the price
bought this to replace my old ipad and honestly it's held up better than i expected. screen's got some light scratches from use but nothing that bothers me during normal viewing. battery still holds around 85% which is solid for a device this age. the 32GB storage is enough for my needs and it came in the promised 24 hours. can't complain at this price point.
excellent condition, great value
First time buying refurbished and I was nervous, but this 16GB Tab A showed up in excellent shape. The screen is genuinely flawless, back panel looks untouched, battery's at 89%. It's fast enough for what I use it for — reading, video calls, light gaming. Comparison to a new one at full price? This was the right call. Pretty satisfied with the whole experience.
mostly happy, minor issue with charging
Pretty solid purchase overall. The tablet runs smoothly and the screen looks good despite being marked as fair condition. One thing: the charging port feels a bit loose, which is annoying but not a dealbreaker. Warranty covers it if it gets worse. For the price compared to buying new, I'm satisfied with this.

This arrived in excellent shape—almost no visible marks—which was great. But the battery health came in at around 70%, way lower than I'd expect for something marketed as excellent. The device works and the screen looks pristine, but I'm worried about how long the battery will actually last me. The 32GB is plenty of storage. Debating whether to use the warranty to address the battery.

The tablet itself runs fine—apps load okay and it handles basic tasks. However, the battery is draining noticeably quicker than I'd hoped, even with light use. I was told it was in fair condition and the physical wear is as described, but the battery performance has me a bit concerned about longevity. The warranty is nice to have, just wish the battery life matched what I expected for this model.

solid backup device
Needed a second tablet for travel and this does the job. Screen is clear despite the fair rating, battery lasts through a flight no problem. Came with all the pieces and the inspection report actually made me confident about what I was getting. Not fancy, but it works.
