works but screen brightness is disappointing
The tablet itself is in excellent condition — no scratches, clean, feels solid. But the screen brightness seems dimmer than my friend's new one, and outdoor use is basically impossible. Might be the panel degrading or maybe it's just the model, but I wasn't expecting that trade-off. Still functional for indoor use. Battery's good and everything else is fine, just something to know.
Dead on arrival, completely unusable
Received the tablet and it won't power on at all. The battery was supposedly at 87% but there's nothing. Tried charging for hours, tried different cables — nothing. I get that it's pre-owned but this should have been caught in the 32-point inspection. Contacted support and they're asking me to troubleshoot on my own instead of just replacing it. Really frustrated given the warranty promise.
exceeded my expectations honestly

perfect for what i needed
Needed something lightweight for reading ebooks and browsing. The 16GB fair condition tablet does exactly that. Some cosmetic scuffs but the functionality is there. Delivery was quick. Happy with the purchase and the price point makes sense for a pre-owned device.
good buy, no regrets
Bought this for my kid to watch shows on road trips. 16GB fair condition, came with some visible wear on the edges which is whatever since kids are rough on devices anyway. Screen's bright, battery lasts through a couple movies. The warranty is reassuring if something breaks. Solid value.
solid little tablet
Been using this 32GB for about three months now. Arrived in two days which was nice. Battery still at 89% according to the inspection report and it's holding strong. The screen is crisp enough for reading and video calls with family. No complaints really, it just works.
Fair condition tablet, works great
Bought this knowing it had some cosmetic wear and honestly that's fine. There's a small dent on one corner and the screen has some light scratches but nothing affects how it works. Battery holds a solid charge, speakers are decent, and the 32GB storage is more than enough for what I use it for. Way cheaper than buying new and it does the job.
disappointed with battery
Got the 16GB in good condition but the battery report showed 76% capacity, lower than I hoped for a 'good' condition rating. Device itself works fine but knowing the battery's already degraded that much made me feel like I overpaid. The inspection said everything was tested but the battery performance is noticeable when you're actually using it. Should've checked the battery percentage before ordering.

The 16GB good condition unit looked almost pristine when it arrived. Minimal visible marks, screen is really nice. Fast enough for everyday use, battery in good shape. Packaging was decent too. Felt like I got a nearly new device at a fraction of the cost. Really happy with this one.
