great value if you know what you're getting
I use this mainly for reading and casual browsing. The screen is bright, it's light enough to hold comfortably, and the 32GB is enough since I'm not storing a ton. Came well-packaged, arrived quickly. No issues after a month of use.

excellent shape, really impressed
wasn't expecting the tablet to look this clean. barely any marks on the back or frame, screen is pristine. shipped within 24 hours like they said. been using it for two weeks now without any issues. nice to save a few hundred bucks and still get something that feels nearly new.
Fair condition, works great
Bought this Tab A as my first pre-owned device and was honestly nervous. Screen has some light scratches you can see at an angle, but the display itself is sharp and bright. Battery sitting at 87% health. For the price compared to buying new, this is solid.
it's okay but has quirks
I use this for emails and light streaming. Battery health is around 81%, which I wasn't thrilled about after recieving it. The screen works well overall, though there are a couple small scratches near the bezel. It does the job, nothing fancy. For a good-condition device at this price it's acceptable, but don't expect it to feel brand new. Just be realistic about what you're getting.
works but not what I expected
The tablet functions fine—no crashes, apps load okay, web browsing is smooth enough. My issue is the listing said "excellent" condition but there's a noticeable line on the left side of the screen that shows sometimes. Battery health at 82% is lower than I'd hoped for a device listed as excellent. It does what I need it to do, just feels like there was a mismatch between the condition description and reality.
does the job well
My kids use this for YouTube and games. It handles everything without lag. The screen is clear, doesn't feel cheap. Happy with the purchase and the warranty gives peace of mind.
battery died within two weeks
Device looked fine when it arrived and the first few days were okay. By week two the battery wouldn't hold a charge past 4 hours even after a full reset. Contacted support but had to jump through hoops to process the warranty claim. The listing said 'excellent condition' so I expected better quality control. Disappointed given the 32-point inspection they advertise.

Picked this up to replace an old iPad that finally died. The 8-inch screen is perfect for reading in bed, and the speakers are decent enough for videos.
